Pass Charly’s Bakery, and hear a brief history of District Six as you head to the Company Gardens. Your next stop takes you to the Malay Quarter for a look at the colorful Bo-Kaap homes. Next, see a professional diamond cutter as he creates perfect gemstones before returning to your hotel for time at leisure. (B)

Journey along Millionaires Paradise, gazing at the glamorous homes of Clifton Beach and Camps Bay, as you make your way towards Hout Bay. Today you will venture along to Cape Winelands. Established in 1679, Stellenbosch is the second oldest town in South Africa. Savor the traditional food and wine of Stellenbosch as your guide leads you through the historic heart of this vibrant university town. Visit the oldest restored townhouse in South Africa, then, enjoy an indigenous tasting of tea and rusks. Rise and shine for the ultimate day of celebrating the exceptional Winelands Region and its heavenly scenery. Here you will experience a wine cellar tour and tasting where you’ll learn all about the process of winemaking— from grape to goblet. Visit the exquisite little town of Franschhoek and pass by the impressive Huguenot Monument. Enjoy a wine tasting at two different wine estates where you can opt to purchase your favorite wine to take back home. (B)

After breakfast, head to Cape Town International Airport for your flight to Port Elizabeth.
